CAS Watercolor

This CAS card was made with this months free digi from Vanilla Arts. (Sign up at vanillaarts.com. to receive monthly free digi, a "recipe" file that shows how to color the card, and a link to a youtube instructional video.) For this card I printed the line of candy corn on kraft paper, colored it with watercolor pencils and added a sentiment printed off on vellum. CAS and YUMMY!

Cooler weather is getting me into the mood for making holiday cards. Stanley, a sweet digi from Beccy's Place, is helping me in this task.

  2. This is a fabulous collection of cards! I have a love affair with candy corn! Every year I get all excited about them coming out until . . . I actually eat one! So much better in my head! : ) But I still think they are adorable and they look perfect on your CAS card. Thanks for playing with Di's Digis.

  7. Love the cards, candy corn is my favorite. It's always been one of my guilty pleasures, I quickly buy up every leftover bag right after Halloween.

  10. I love the line of candy corn Kathy, it's simple but effective. I really like the way you added the vellum sentiment over the top, great idea!
I'm not sure if you know, but you've created a Christmas card is Aussie colours... green and gold! That's the first thing I thought of when I saw your card. The second thing I thought is how cute it is. Love those big stars.
I really love the last card you posted today, the different colours and the addition of the bling is really cool. It reminds me a little bit of zen tangle.
Great job on the three cards Kathy!
    Cheers,
    Beccy
