Craft Therapy, Part 2

More creations from the time spent in my craft room. This time I used an Art Impressions image that I stamped with black Memento ink onto a photograph. Also used an Art Impressions foliage stamp plus a yellow-orange and rust ink pads to fill the trees with color! Mounted the stamped photo behind a few die cut ovals. Finished it off with the cute Bugaboo digi image named Autumn Squirrel and a sentiment digi from TLC Creations (createwithtlc.blogspot.com).

My second entry into Beccy's Place Fifth Annual Month of Holiday Cards Challenge. This card, for "B" features the star of Beccy's digi set, "Baby Robin. The card base is a variation that I made to a design found here http://stampladee.com/collapsible-box-card-with-deb-valder/ Was fun to use some of the vintage music sheets that belonged to my grandmother-in-law. Most of them are over 60 years old!

Had fun creating an entry into Art Impressions "Third Dimension" challenge. Used their Happy Purrday set plus a few window die cuts.  The cute squirrel is a free digi from http://papersmooches.blogspot.com/p/free-digi-stamps.html. I colored the printed digi then fussy cut and attached him to a free clip art branch with foam tape.  To add more dimension, I created a "chair" in the front of the card,  added a section of a plastic doily and then attached the cat crew with foam tape. The sentiment on the inside of the card is from Beccy's Place digi set titled "Narcissus."

  4. I love the artsy look of your cabin in the woods Kathy, it's a little piece of art. The colour combination is wonderful and I love the image.
Your Baby Robin card is lovely, the music sheets look great behind the little bird, which you've coloured beautifully. I like your take on the card fold too.
The last card is adorable! I love all those little kitties lined up at the window watching the squirrel. What a cute design! Well done Kathy.
    Cheers,
    Beccy
