Plaid Holiday

It's Wednesday! So time for another challenge at Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge Blog where challenges are always Anything Goes and prizes are awarded from one or more sponsors.  Stop by the blog to check it out! The sponsor this week is Oddball Arts I used a digi set named "Santa’s Pup." I'm entering this card into several challenges including one named Pixie's Snippets. This is a favorite challenge because it requires me to use many little bits and pieces, i.e. snippets, when creating. For this card I used the last few scraps of some wonderful plaid paper, scraps of red and green paper, plus the sentiments are created with odds and ends of scrapbook alphy stickers. (Have a ton of them in my stash since I hardly ever scrapbook anymore!) I also wanted to enter Di's (Pixie's) challenge because Santa's pup looks a little like her beloved pup, named Dudley, who recently had surgery. He is a little cutie and on the mend now. Yay!
·    Polar white Flower Soft on hat- (From my stash.)
·    Sparkly Holly Stickers- Hobby Lobby
·    Colored with Spectrum Noir alcohol markers and Sakura Gelly Roll white gel pen.

This is my second card for the Double D’s Challenge- 12 Days of Christmas. Once again I used the die that a friend had given me, which was a perfect fit for this challenge. This time I used traditional Christmas colors. Added a few sentiments and a holly sticker and tada!
Am entering this card into several challenges including Outlawz Tuesday TicTacToe challenge focusing on the Diagonal  from the upper left to lower right (picture 1-pattern in the gray&white paper looks a bit like the white lace, 2-B&W of the die and background, 3-although not in traditional Christmas colors, one of the fabrics is plaid.) I usually decorate the inside of my cards, but I haven't found an inside sentiment that I want to use yet... so will sdo that later!
