It’s Time for Father Time

It’s Friday, so time for another challenge at QKR Stampede!  Stop by the challenge, which is always “Anything Goes” and several prizes are awarded. Maybe you’ll be inspired to enter a card or two yourself? My DT card features an aged but friendly-looking Father time ready to herald in the new year and an inside sentiment that provides an encouraging note about the future (both the image and the sentiment are available from Stamp On It. Am entering this card into several challenges including Outlawz Twisted Thursday with the optional TWIST of Clock or Timepiece (I think an hour glass fits the timepiece category?)

I made this card to enter it in the Power Poppy Challenge that notes, “Create anything
you desire” using one of their stamps. In the midst of Christmas and New Years celebrations
I decided to make this sweet card with a stamp from the Tea in the Garden Clear Stamp Set.

My second card features a wonderful digi from a talented artist and author named Sherry

West. Sherry has put her Etsy shop on vacation for a bit, but has a very active FB page

where she often offers free digis to her followers. That is where I picked up this beautiful

digi. Actually, during December Sherry is offering several freebies during December. (You

can join her FB group HERE to download the image and possibly win more of her amazing

digis.) I created the background with a Christmas Subway Art freebie from HERE. Am

entering this card into several challenges including Outlawz Tuesday color challenge and
