My final card for this post is also my final entry into the current challenge at Double D’s named “April Showers.” One of my favorite umbrella digi sets is from Beccy's Place so I pulled up the file and got to work… or when it comes to cardmaking…. I got to play! I printed one of the umbrella digis from the “Splish Splash” set onto rainbow stationery paper, printed then trimmed it to fit onto an A2 card front. I added two of the sentiments from the digi set then finished the card by adorning them with sequins and sparkly star stickers.  (When I opened the package of sequins, I noticed the little bits that were punched from the sequins were in the bag. I couldn’t let their sparkly beauty be wasted, so added them to the card front! So fun!)
Supplies:
·   Image and Sentiments- Beccys Place Digital Set (Splish Splash)
·   Sparkly Star Stickers- Hobby Lobby
·   Pioneer Black Photo corners- available from several sources
·   Cardstock, rainbow stationary and sequins from my stash.

  5. Gorgeous card Kathy, I love the colour scheme... pink and green always look good together. I'm impressed that you've finally pulled that sweet little butterfly out of your stash after thirty years!! That has to be some kind of record.
Your second card is wonderful, I'm sure your MIL will love it. You've done a brilliant job with the colouring and I love that you've also decorated the inside of the card.
The background on your last card is fabulous, what a beautiful rainbow! I really like the addition of the little sparkles too, they look like raindrops reflecting the sunshine. Beautiful!
    Cheers,
    Beccy
