Christmas in July- Day 3

I’m loving making cards for this year’s Bugaboo “Christmas in July” celebration.  Here is my entry for Day 3: ABC (Anything But a Card) Challenge. I decided to make a simple gift tag with a cute Bugaboo elf digi and freebie sentiment that I found on the web. I’m entering this card into several other challenges including the Cute Card Thursday (there is Stitching around the sentiment).
Supplies:
·   Digi- Bugaboo (Deacon Elf Sitter)
·   Colored with Spectrum Noir alcohol markers and Sakura Gelly Roll white gel pen
·   Front Sentiment “Santa is Coming”-Skogstokiga Blogspot Freebie (Here)
·   Assorted background papers and a strip of ribbon from my stash
Entered into:
Cute Card Thursday- Challenge #643 Stitching
Outlawz Challenge- Festive Fridays
Crafty Hazelnut’s Patterned Paper Challenge- July

I made this card to enter into The Paper Shelter's challenge "Occupation/Profession." This little creative elf looks very skilled in creating masterpieces with ice cream. I assume he has a degree in Dairy Science, possibly from South Dakota State University… my alma mater!)
I’m entering it into several other challenges including the Day of the Month Challenge (celebrating National Ice Cream Day on July 19th. July is also National Ice Cream Month. Yippee!), Simon Says Wednesday Challenge (What child… of any age… doesn’t love making an ice cream sundae loaded with sweet toppings?)  and Do-Al[l] Kreatives (I love cherries which make any ice cream sundae seem extra special!)
Supplies:
·   Digi- The Paper Shelter (The Final Touch)
·   Colored with Spectrum Noir alcohol markers, Sakura Gelly Roll white & silver gel pens
·   Sentiments- Computer Generated
·   Assorted background papers, red and black gems from my stash
·   Sheer black dotted swiss ribbon- JoAnne’s
Entered into:
The Paper Shelter- #436 Occupation/Profession

A Perfect Time to Craft 2020-Anything Goes- July Challenge #7-2020

I had printed off a few Zebra Butterflies for the last Butterfly Challenge and discovered one hidden on the corner of my craft table. So… I used it on a card for the current Butterfly Challenge. I didn’t use the current challenge’s fold, but my card does include two of the required colors (apricot and aquamarine sequins) and one theme (butterfly.)
Supplies:
·   Digi- Graphics Fairy Freebie (Butterfly)
·   Colored with Spectrum Noir alcohol markers (grey and red), and Sakura Gelly Roll white gel pen
·   Sentiment- Computer Generated
·   Assorted background papers and sequins from my stash
Entered into:
Butterfly Challenge- #144 A is for Accordion Fold
Incy Wincy Designs- Summer Colors
Outlawz Challenge- Crash Your Stash- Sequins

  4. I’m no good at making tags, I think there’s so little space and in my head I over complicate things. This is nicely done and will look cute on wrapped gift. Thanks for joining our Christmas in July event at Catch the Bug.

  7. Your butterfly works perfectly on this card. It is amazing what you can find hidden on your craft table. I really must clear mine. I am working on a six inch square of free space. Thankyou for coming and spinning the butterfly wheel with me this week. hugs Mrs A.
