myasperations 1-23-23

One of my favorite challenges is the Butterfly Challenge, partly because the talented and generous sponsor provides easy-to-follow instructions for making a creative fold card each time. The current creative fold is the four panel card which is fairly easy to make. My card features all the colors-Forest Green/French Rose/Flax (Straw)/Fuchsia (Purple) and all three of the themes-Four Panel Card/Flowers/Butterfly. I used a scrap of upcycled acrylic to make the front of the card so that I can also enter the card into the current Lift Challenge (Make a card with a transparent front and emboss it.)

Supplies:
·   Butterflies Embossing Folder (Darice)

·   Instructions for Four Panel Card found HERE

·   Puffy Heart Stickers- Sticko’s

·   Front Sentiment “Thankful Heart”- Hero Arts (retired)

·   Inside Sentiment- A Freebie from Gingershouse (Keep Pressing Forward)

·   All other items from my stash.
Entered into:
Word Art Wednesday Challenge- #579-580 Anything Goes
Lift Challenge- Elevator Challenge #175

I made this card for the challenge at WeCraftCards Forum that required fringe on our card. This sweet digi is the perfect fit for the challenge, and since I love fussy-cutting making the fringe with a scrap of tan paper was a relaxing task! I cropped a few extra feathers from the little Princess’s hair accessory, printed and fussy-cut them to embellish the inside sentiment. So fun!
Supplies:

·   Digi- My Besties Digi Stamp (Little White Dove)

·   Colored with Spectrum Noir Classique markers and Sakura Gelly Roll white gel pen

·   Inside Sentiment- Desert Diva (Follow Your Dreams)

·   All other items from my stash.
