     I had fun making my DT card using artist Andrea Norris’ wonderful digi named “Pressie Time" for this month’s Sheepski Designs FB Challenge named“Celebrations.”  (For me, anytime there are presents, it means a celebration is happening!) 

     I decided to make the cute bear into a Panda so that he stood out from the dark background. Andrea gave the little cutie such an engaging pose. Don’t you just want to give him a big hug? And he really is the Pressie Giver, as he brought that whole pile of gifts along with him. I had fun decorating them with gel pens to add a festive touch. So fun!

    I haven’t scrapbooked for many years, but still use some of the die cuts in my cardmaking. This one works beautifully for the current Simon Says Challenge, especially when paired with a sparkly upcycled snowflake and a computer-generated sentiment that I found on a card many years ago.

    This kitty from a new Beccy’s Place Digi Set looks terribly underwhelmed by his new Christmas sweater. My guess is that it is an itchy wool blend! (I attempted to give it texture by adding knitted "ribs" with a white colored pencil atop the red and green patterns colored with alcohol markers.) The wonderful sentiment, from a different Beccy’s Place set, perfectly reflects the look on his face!

    I’m entering this card into several challenges including Cupcake Inspirations- Happy Holidays (Although Cassia doesn’t look happy, the colors in his sweater reflect the warm, rich colors in the photo.)
