Lili of the Valley had a 40% off of digi's a few weeks ago and I couldn’t resist picking up a few of their adorable images. This sweet little bunny is actually jumping over daffodils in the digi.. But I printed him off, colored and fussy cut him out so that I can have him soaring into the sky for a CAS challenge at my much loved AAA Cards blog. (They helped me to actually enjoy making CAS cards. Nope… I’ll never go totally CAS as I like to layer and add to many embellies to do that. But I do find that creating CAS stretches my brain a bit, which, at my age, is a really good thing!) BTW- the inside of the card will say, "What's up?" as soon as I can find that stamp. It appears to have taken flight in my craft room.

Not sure what company makes this sweet image, I got it in a swap a few years ago, but I loved adding the lime green and royal blue color scheme to enter it into this weeks Less is More (another CAS!) challenge. I received a Fiskars stamp set, Latte Love, as a gift a while ago and was fun to use one of it's sentiments on this card. However, I noticed that the “v” in the sentiment is actually an upside down “w”. So odd. Contacted Fiskars to see if I can get a replacement. Until then… enjoy a bit of odd with your coffee!

I have used this adorable “Tiny Dancer” image from Tiddlyinks on so many cards since I found her a few months ago. Isn’t she just the sweetish little ballerina you ever did see?! And she is a free digi! For this card, I printed off another free Tiddlyinks digi, Amanda's Arch, colored it with the rose shades in this months color palette, and fussy cut it out. Mounted the arch onto cardstock with foam squares, then adhered the dancer (also in shades to match the color palette) under its blossom laden beauty. A little Stampendous birdie is perched atop the arch to enjoy the little ladies leaps and spins!
I did take a second photo to show the depth of the card. And also to show that her glistening hair flips up and over the vellum sentiment circle. I tried to glue it down, but decided it added a playful look to the card when it flips out a bit. So fun!

I love creating with vellum. So, when I saw a packet of this delicate holly printed vellum at a little thrift shop, I had to have it. Was fun to put it to work in this card.
