I
wanted to share a few more cards that I’m entering into the week-long Coffee
Lovers Blog Hop. The first features a cute
image from Little Blue Button named “Dream Charlie.” I created the look of a
wood table beneath the daydreaming beauty with a strip of brown paper and a
wood grain embossing folder. The warm
gleam of gold from photo corners adds a touch of elegance to the front of the
card and the sentiment inside. I'm entering this card into several challenges including Double D’s Challenge (Mug begins with "m")

My second card for the Coffee Lovers Blog hop features
a beautiful rose-filled teapot and “Grandmas are so Special” sentiment that are
wood mount stamps that I’d had since a friend and I opened a stamp store in
South Dakota in the late ‘90s. One of our primary suppliers for stamps and
supplies was a family-owned business named Embossing Arts. I embossed the
teapot in white on vellum and colored it with alcohol inks on the backside of
the vellum. The inside sentiment is computer generated.
