Critters and Snowflakes

The monthly challenge at Little Scraps of Heaven (LSOH) is to create a Halloween card. I made a card using LSOH's image named "Eye For You."  I paper pieced the monster from purple and lavender mulberry paper. Made the banners into a Halloween theme. Am thinking this is the cutest monster ever! And right now you can get this image, which is part of a set with three background papers and three sentiments, for just $1.00. (Actually, right now ALL of the files are just $1.00 at www.littlescrapsofheavendesigns.com)

While I was creating with LSOH's "Eye For You" image, I printed one of the sentiments from the digi set-off and used it when making this card for the Outlawz October Progressive Challenge. This month's free image for the progressive challenge is named "Dreamy Fox" from MMedelIllustrations. I used the sketch from the current SumMoreFun challenge.

This week's Bugaboo Challenge is BINGO. I created a card using the diagonal: three layers, players choice [I chose bugaboo images], and gem. I used three of the cute images from Bugaboo's digi's named "Mini Set - Critter Blocks." The front and inside sentiments are both from a Whimsy stamp digi set named "Vintage Sentiments."

The Monday Challenge at wecraftcards Forum had three requirements- 1. Make a Christmas card, 2. Include a tag on the card, 3. Use a monochromatic color scheme. Decided to go with gold, kraft, and cream for a non-trad snow card. I used an assortment of snowflake stamps from my collection [I love snowflakes so have many of them. Some are no longer on the woodblocks, but I think these are from Northwoods, Denami, and Inkadinkadoo.] The snowflake on the white circle and sentiment on the inside of the card are upcycled from an old Christmas card.
