It’s Friday, so time for another challenge at QKR Stampede!  Stop by the challenge, which is always “Anything Goes” and several prizes are awarded. Maybe you’ll be inspired to enter a card or two yourself? My DT card features a QKR digi image and sentiment (Q-digi3301 Wisconsin & Q-digi13404 Cow Ferrie). Since I live in Wisconsin, I love the funny image of the state map with … um… teats! The cow is cropped from another fun image of a fairy Cud Mother! I colored both with Spectrum Noir markers and a Sakura Gelly Roll white gel pen.  I added a layer between the two images and added computer generated sentiments. Will be sending this card to a friend whose hubby is a 3^rd generation dairy farmer.

I wanted to make a special card for this cute image from Di’s Digi named “Jolly Reindeer.”  I made a tunnel card using the tutorial that I found HERE However, I decided that I didn’t want to fold the cute little reindeer image in half, so came up with a variation of the tunnel fold with a flip center. I colored the image, then made it “float” inside of the “window” by taping thin white cord onto the back of the image and the inside of the window. (It took a little work to get it to work correctly, but I like the way it turned out.) The sentiments are from a We are 3 digital set named “Christmas Greetings.”

My final card for this blog features a Sheepski Designs image named “Birthday Cocktail.”. I colored the digi with Spectrum Noir markers and a Sakura Gelly Roll white gel pen.  The sentiment is from an Imagine That digi set named Jars of Cheer. Am entering this card into several challenged including Outlawz Tuesday TicTacToe (middle row- Bling=sequins, sentiment, stamp a color=orange cocktail), Outlawz Sunday Songs (Oranges and lemons)
