I love to color

This is my second card as a Guest Design Team member at the Colour Crazy Challenge. One thing I love about their challenge is that it requires that the images used are not pre-colored. Since I love to color… this is a perfect fit for me. I colored an image from Dr. Digi named "Corporal Clegg" on my card with Spectrum Noir markers and a white gel pen.  Found some wonderful patriotic paper in my stash that compliments the image. The sentiments are both computer generated.
Stop by the Challenge to see amazing coloring by members of the Design Team. You'll be glad that you did!

For this week's challenge at QKR Stampede I made a card using two QKR digi images and one Eureka sentiment  (Q-digi 4101 Knome Lady, Q-digi17903-Knome in Garden and ES-digi28605 Happy Valentines Day) that you can find at
I colored the Knomes [I've usually seen the word spelled Gnomes!] with Spectrum Noir markers and a white gel pen. I then fussy cut the image and positioned them onto the front of a Gate Folded A2 card, overlapping their critter laden hands before adhering them to the card front.  I decorated the inside sentiment with a bit of color on the hearts and an extra ladybug that I'd printed off, colored and fussy-cut. Love the bit of fun that little detail adds to the inside of the card. [Plus, ladybugs do seem to show up everywhere in the Spring. I've always loved them.]

Created another yummy card for the STAMPlorations hop and linky party going on right now. The sweet cupcake image is cut from the image named "Framed rose and Cupcake."  You can find the full image and several others HERE.  I printed the image on kraft brown paper and colored the rose with chalks. Also printed a copy of the cupcake on white cardstock, colored it with Spectrum Noir markers and a white gel pen, fussy-cut and then attached it to the kraft card with foam tape.  The sentiment on the inside of the card is a freebie from LoveSVG. You can find it HERE. Am also entering this card into the Outlaws Songs and Rhymes Challenge "Roses are Red." Even though this rose is pink instead of red… the cupcake is definitely sweet!
