Fruitcake

Another fun card for the Bugaboo Stamps Holiday Chaos week. This one is based on a photo color scheme that includes all the colors of fruitcake. [It had more fun making this card than I'd ever have eating fruitcake.] For the front of the card I used background paper that includes most of the required colors. The remaining colors are included in the image, which is from Bugaboo and named "Reindeer Blocks." I printed of an additional set of blocks, colored and trimmed one of the little cuties to adorn the inside sentiment, which is hilarious one a new Beccy's Place digi set named "Here Comes Christmas." I have a feeling that I'll be using this fun sentiment often. Love it! Am entering this card into several challenges including Simon Says Monday "B" is for…? [Blocks],d The Paper Shelter's "Celebrations" [Christmas is my favorite time to celebrate… and eat sweet treats. Hence, the sentiment resonates with me] and If you Give a Crafter a cookie [the letter "M" on the card front resembles the decorated cookies.]

Made another card with a reindeer theme, this one for an Outlaws sketch challenge that invites us to CASE one of the Outlawz DT cards/sketches. I chose a tag sketch and card made by Bonnie, which inspired me to use this cute reindeer brad, some fabric ribbon, and scraps of paper and ribbon.
