Friends of Sweet November Stamps FB page is
celebrating “MerMay” with a fun coloring challenge. My goal was to spend some
time every day this month, coloring and creating, and have been successful at
that! Now I’m finding time to post them. This card
features a favorite SNS digi that includes a free sentiment (inside of card.) The beautiful Capri takes center stage on this easel card, perched
before a glittery rainbow background. I created the water by covering the colored
reflection with a scrap of plain vellum, then adding ripples and waves with a white
gel pen. Easy Peasy… and I like how it turned out!
I’m entering this card into several challenges including Park Hopping-My
Happy Place (I love the whimsical magic of fairies, so would love to one day
add a theme park in the Netherlands The Fairytale Forest at
Efteling Park to my bucket list!), and Outlawz Monday Greeting Challenge: Celebrate-Non
Holiday (the
sentiments both express a sense of celebration, i.e. colorful exuberance and being
amazing… I mean, mermazing!) Supplies:

I recently
won a challenge at Patties Creations and had fun picking a few digis as my
prize. Blinky the Bee Keeper is one of them. He already buzzed his way a few
weeds ago, via the UPS, to a friend who
is a “SHEro” to her children… and to me!
I’m entering this card
into several challenges including Time Out Challenge (my card features peonies and
sparkles, representing the metallic tones in the photo.)

This final card was created for the current challenge at Christmas Craft
Creations. The theme is “No Stamping” and it WAS a challenge for me! I dug
through my stashes (scrapbooking and stamping) and found washi tape, Christmas
stickers (floral, for the Twist) and a few journalling cards with sentiments.
The washi tape gift idea is from Pinterest.
I’m entering this
card into several challenges including Inspiration Station’s: Photo Prompt (I was inspired by the ribbons on the May Pole and
the red and white in the lovely costumes.) Supplies:

All items used to make this card are from my stash.
