This first card features a Mummy Giraffe
image from the set. I colored the funny guy with Spectrum Noir markers and a
Sakura Gelly Roll white gel pen. The sentiment and strips of patterned paper
are actually a party napkin that I adhered to the front of the card. Don’t you
love it? I used a scrap of the napkin to decorate the inside
and created a sentiment with alphabet stickers from my scrapbook stash. The
final touches were to perch a little pumpkin sticker on the letter “k” and sprinkle
the front and inside of the card with clear green plastic dots. So fun!

The second features a St. Paddy Mummy
from the set. I colored the dapper fella with Spectrum
Noir markers and a Sakura Gelly Roll white gel pen. The background is a sheet
of stationery, and the shamrock embellishments are fussy cut from a sheet of
patterned paper The “A Happy Hello” sentiment
on the front is from a Whimsy digi set
named "Vintage Sentiments." [You can find it HERE.] The
“Wishing You a Happy Day” sentiment on the inside of the card is a freebie
from WinkWinkInk. (You can find it HERE.)
I'm entering this card into several challenges including Outlawz Color Challenge (my card includes every color in the photo... and then some!)

My final
card for this posting features an adorable image from All Dressed Up called “Stars and Back.” It is the free image for the August progressive
challenge at Outlawz… and I love it! After printing the sweet kiddo onto white
cardstock, I colored her with
Spectrum Noir
markers and a Sakura Gelly Roll white gel pen. I next fussy-cut the image and adhered
it to a card front atop a background of starry sky patterned paper. The final
touch was to color in the “love” part of the sentiment and the stars with a glittery
gold gel pen. This last step allows me to enter the card into the current
challenge at Power Poppy since it adds some wonderful sheen to the card. (It took a photo with a flash to try to show
this sparkle. It shows a bit of the sheen but doesn’t do the card justice. It
really is pretty in real life.)
