I just have to celebrate National Hot Chocolate Day with a steaming mug of chocolately goodness and a cute card. This one features a favorite Whimsie Doodles free digi image named "Ginger and Cup." (Downloaded from www.whimsiedoodles.com/freebies.html)
I printed the image on kraft brown cardstock, added the color and a bit of shading with Spectrum Noir alcohol markers. The white (and red nose) "frosting" is added with Uchida Liquid Applique, applied and allowed to air dry to attain a glossy look. I also printed off an extra hand holding the mug. Colored and fussy-cut it then mounted it with foam tape to add dimension. The sentiment was printed on my computer.
