Three Little Oinks

This card features a sweet digi from a talented artist named Sherry West. Actually, for a short time, Sherry is giving this special stamp away over at the Kit & Clowder Coloring group on FB. To claim yours visit K&C HERE or join Sherry’s FB page HERE. I had fun making a Mother’s Day card, coloring the cute little piglets and their momma pig. Created a colorful patterned background with paper scraps to show off the happy little porkers. The inside sentiments are computer-generated… and the little puffy hearts add a bit of texture.

Last week’s challenge at Wecraftcards Forum required the use of a crossword puzzle on our entries. I used a Bugaboo digi that makes me laugh and wonder, just how many people do you think are not wearing pants during the quarantine? I know that I've been living in sweatpants the last few months and loving it! I found a free crossword image on the web to serve as the background, added computer-generated sentiments and a few treasures from my scrapbook stash to finish off the card.  I'm entering this card into several challenges, including Bugaboo Stamps- BINGO (Diagonal from upper left- 3 layers, Bugaboo image and stitching)

The “star” of my last card is a sweet bear and his little bumble friends from Little Scraps of Heaven. (Note- this digi set named “Beelieve in Yourself” is  currently available at 75% off, just $1.00!) I added flower embellies to the card so that I can enter it into this months Little Scraps of Heaven challenge, I tailored the color scheme for the current Tuesday Color Challenge at Outlawz and added texture with the flowers, photo corners, ribbon and layering (adding an extra layer of "feet" with foam tape) to enter the card into the wecraft cards weekly challenge.
